Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 644 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
