Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nath Nagar (Lalmatiya) P.S.Case No.86 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has clean antecedent. It is alleged that on search, one country-made pistol was recovered from the waist of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2020. Considering the aforesaid fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he in custody since 06.02.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above on
