JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,323,325,332,333,307,353,427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that for the bad road condition and poor electric supply the mob blocked main road near Khapura More when the police went to clear the blockade then the mob pelted stone and made attempt to assault the police personnels and three persons received injuries leading to registration of the FIR against 32 named and 100 to 150 unknown.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is against the mob and in order to save their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54763 of 2015 (2) dt.04-12-2015 2/2 own skin the present case has been lodged. The villagers were also assaulted leading to filing of complaint case. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation against the mob, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.165 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
