This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 354, 366A, 120B, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they wanted to get Puja Kumari forceful married.

Perused the statement of Puja Kumari, recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Considering the entire facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
