JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for modification in the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 43605 of 2016, whereunder the petitioners have been granted bail, with regard to the name of the court concerned.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to wrong mentioning of the name of the court concerned in the prayer portion of Criminal Misc. No. 43605 of 2016 as "SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj", the same has been typed in the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Criminal Misc.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54384 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 No.43605 of 2016, which should have been as " Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri".
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.43605 of 2016, the name of the court concerned be read as " Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri" in place of "SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj" and the period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.
With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.43605 of 2016, this application stands disposed of.
