JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, Mr. Ratnesh Mishra, Registrar of B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University and Mr. Mahesh Prasad Singh, Principal of the College have appeared in person.

Mr. Dhrub Mukherjee, learned senior counsel for the University, has submitted that each and every grievance of the petitioner, on account of regularization of service, now stands resolved, inasmuch as, not only a decision has been taken to make payment of salary but his seniority position has also been fixed at an appropriate place.

Patna High Court MJC No.1518 of 2014 (5) dt.05-08-2015 Mr. Mukherjee, on instruction from the Registrar of the University, present in person, has also submitted that in view of the order of regularization of the service, the payment of arrear and current shall be made within a period of two weeks from today.

In that view of the matter, this contempt application is disposed of with a direction to the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of the University as also to the Principal of the college to ensure that actual payment of amount being the difference of salary between the post held by the petitioner and the post on which he has been regularized, both arrear and current, must be made within a period of two weeks from today, failing which neither the Vice Chancellor nor the Registrar of the University nor even the Principal of the college shall draw their salary. The personal appearance of Mr. Ratnesh Mishra, the Registrar of B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University and Mr. Mahesh Prasad Singh, Principal of the College is dispensed with. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U
