2. Petitioners seek bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 625/2024 arising out of Sirdala P.S. Case No. 103 of 1995 registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner is to commit murder of cousin brother of the informant along with other accused persons.

4. In view of the submissions and on perusal of the records, it transpires that the occurrence is of the year 1995, where petitioners are named accused and were arrested in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25363 of 2025(3) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 year 2024 i.e. after 28 years. They were declared absconder in the year 2003.

5. Considering the aforesaid, as the petitioners were absconder for long 28 years, their prayer for bail stand rejected.

6. Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial by taking the matter on board on daily basis, preferably within six months, particularly in view of submission that trial of one of the co-accused namely, Ajit Prasad has already been concluded.
