JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.1.2014 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya on the ground that the same has not adverted to his show cause at all. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State. On perusal of the impugned order, I find that the grounds taken by the petitioner has not been addressed. In the circumstances, the impugned order dated 21.1.2014 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya is set aside and the matter is remitted to it for passing a fresh order in accordance with law after considering the show cause filed by the petitioner.
