In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioner caught hold the victim lady and other persons have assaulted her mercilessly led to her death.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Sikandar Chauhan is rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance
