No. 13766 of 2020 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13766 of 2020, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to his ailment. In view of the aforesaid fact, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
