2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.313/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. On a secret information, a raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Sanjay Kumar @ Mintu Singh and four country-made pistol and other arms & ammunition have been recovered from there and the apprehended person disclosed that these arms and ammunition belong to this petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27000 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
