As settlement of the said premises have been held in their names and they take bribe/market tax from the vegetable seller according to their sweet will without giving any receipts in which the public place is obstructed. The said premises have become the place of business and income without carrying the unauthorized place. And the same is continuing since 2006, despite ignoring the representations already served to the competent authorities of the State."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his subsisting grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
