2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 07 of 2024 arising out of Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 17.09.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Danapur /concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 07 of 2024 arising out of Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Ranitalab Police Station, Patna on the first and third Sunday. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
