The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna. The accusation is of enticing away the daughter of the informant by the petitioner with the help of Arjun Paswan, Bajrangi Paswan and Fulmanti Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits there was love affair in between the petitioner and the victim, daughter of the informant, and she left her parental house with the petitioner according to her own sweet will, which would appear from her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42297 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Further submission is that the age of the victim has been assessed as 14 years at the time of occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
