The petitioner is in custody in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017, corresponding C.R.I. Case No. 1132 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 394, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A/26/35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.06.2017. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was apprehended by the informant alongwith stolen motorcycle and one country made pistol with live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that period of custody, the Court

No.25272 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, Madhubani in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017.
