The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 65 C3 of 2015, registered for the offence under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise Act.

60 liters of Mahua liquor has been recovered from the house of petitioner, whereas 600 kg. of Mahua Jawa was destroyed.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
