2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 385 of 2022 arising out of Kasba P.S. Case No. 105 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 12.04.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code .

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he committed the murder of the deceased and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, on the basis of material available on record and the case diary, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner leading to recovery of dead body of the deceased and it has come during investigation that the petitioner was involved in the present crime in question.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 385 of 2022 arising out of Kasba P.S. Case No. 105 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnia.

7. Prayer is refused.
