2. In the kind of the order proposed to be passed, no notice need be issued to opposite party no.2.

3. Learned APP for the State is present.

4. This application has been filed seeking restoration of Criminal Revision No.199 of 2021 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 28.06.2022.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dismissal of the revision application was not within the knowledge of the petitioner, hence no step was taken at his end

6. Having regard to the submissions recorded hereinabove, this Court directs restoration of Criminal Revision No.199 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioners shall remove the defects and comply with the order dated 28.06.2022 passed in the said case by 30.06.2025.
