Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 321 of 2016 for the offence under sections 143, 448, 341, 323, 354, 504, 308 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that present case arose out of land dispute where both sides have sustained injury and there is case and counter case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury on the informant side is simple in nature and petitioner is in custody since 10.1.2019.

Considering the injury (Annexure-3), the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
