Petitioner is an accused in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 573 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 395, 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons has been granted by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25744 of 2020. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.02.2020.
