JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 03.03.2022 passed by the District Magistratecum-Arms Licensing Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram, by which the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits without the appellate authority being impeded by the issue of limitation and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
