2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022, lodged on 27.11.2022 under Sections 366, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the allegation made against the petitioner is that he has kidnapped the daughter of the informant with illegal purpose.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that from the contents of the FIR, it is transpired that the victim is aged about 20 years. The petitioner has annexed annexures 2 and 3 by which it is clear that they have entered into marriage and a certificate of marriage issued from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27534 of 2023(2) dt.06-06-2023 2/2 Office of the Registrar, Marriage, Gajiabad is annexed as Annexure-3. It is further submitted that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 07.12.2022.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate -Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
