1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writs / orders / directions in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of salary of petitioner's husband for the period from 01.07.2010 to 31.08.2011 while the petitioner's husband was posted as Panchayat Secretary in Block Bihiya, Police Station Bihiya, DistrictBhojpur and died after retirement.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7135 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 (ii) For issuance of appropriate writs / orders/ directions in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to grant first and second A.C.P. (M.A.C.P.) and to fix and revise the salary of petitioner's husband and pension and family pension of petitioner and to make payment arrears thereof and current family pension as revised. (iii) For issuance of appropriate writs / orders/ directions in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant any other relief for which the petitioner is found entitled."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the arrears of outstanding salary, due to be paid to the husband of the petitioner, has already stood paid and as far as determination of the benefits of A.C.P. is concerned, the same is in progress and the same would definitely be sanctioned and paid, within a period of three months from today. It is directed accordingly.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
