The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018 registered under Sections 120(B), 353, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that only on the confessional statement of co-accused petitioner has been made accused. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.28486 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.
