That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction, particularly in the nature of writ of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 18.01.2022 passed by District Progamme Officer (I.C.D.S.), West Champaran, Bettiah in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 38/2019, contained in memo no. 129 dated 18.01.2022 by which the selection of the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika has been cancelled, against

Patna High Court CWJC No.7296 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 which the petitioner preferred ICDS Revision/Appeal No. 28/2022 before the court of Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, be directed to dispose off expeditious within period as stipulated under law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
