The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the Respondent Bihar State Bar Council to take final decision on the enquiry report submitted by the two member committee constituted by Bihar State Bar Council for enquiry with

Patna High Court CWJC No.6337 of 2023(2) dt.30-10-2023 2/3 regard to complain made by some members of the District Bar Association, Nawadah including petitioners against the financial irregularities committed by General secretary of Zila Adhivakta Sangh by way of not maintaining the uniform Rule and procedures provided under bye laws of Zila Adhivakta Sangh, Nawadah and in this regard despite having submitted the enquiry report before the Bihar State Bar Council, no final decision has been taken as yet causing much inconvenience to the members of the Bar as also financial income and expenditure of District Bar Association is not properly preserved financial loss. causing (ii) For further direction upon the Respondent Bihar State Bar Council to evolve any alternative mechanism by way of constituting an Ad-hoc Committee to look after and maintain financial transaction of District Bar Association, Nawadah precluding the existing Committee till final decision taken by the Bihar State Bar Council."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievance. Liberty,
