1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 49 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 307, 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant alleges that he was intoxicated in the train and thereafter his belongings were looted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner has antecedent of eight cases and it appears that he is a habitual criminal.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26749 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 APP for the State and also in the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
