The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dagaruwa P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-inlaw and Dewar of the informant's sister respectively. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that husband is in custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of
