Limited issue raised in the writ petition is that without considering the show cause reply of the petitioner, the cancellation order was passed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy of the enquiry report was not supplied to the petitioner. On a query being put to the learned State Counsel about the aforesaid contention, no clear answer is forthcoming. Under the circumstances, we hereby propose to remit

Patna High Court CWJC No.7411 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 the matter to the same authority to issue fresh show cause along with a copy of the enquiry report. Thus, the impugned order is hereby set aside. However, further proceedings shall be carried out as per law.

The writ petition stands allowed on the aforesaid terms.
