JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus and nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Both sides have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.40194 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori P.S.
