It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that vide order dated 02.04.2018, both petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court but in the cause title of the ordersheet, the name of petitioner no. 2 was not mentioned. From the submissions made on behalf of the counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the records, it appears that the submission of the counsel for the petitioners is correct. It is clarified that petitioner no. 2 namely Abhishek Kumar @ Fuchwa was also granted anticipatory bail with petitioner no. 1

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19064 of 2018(3) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 namely Dharmendra Kumar Chourasia @ Dharo Chourasia @ Dharo vide order dated 02.04.2018 passed in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 13/2018 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum- Special (Excise), Khagaria. The period of surrender in respect of petitioner no. 2 in the learned Court below is extended by further four weeks. The order dated 02.04.2018 is clarified/modified to the extent indicated above.
