2. Challenge has been made to a show-cause notice issued by the Block Welfare Officer, Harasiddhi, East Champaran as contained in Letter No. 105 dated 07.06.2024, whereby the petitioner has been directed to ensure his presence along with the explanation in 24 hours.

3. Mrs. Kumari Amrita, learned GP-3 made a preliminary objection that no writ petition would lie against the show-cause notice unless there is, prima facie, any perversity and the same is not in accordance with law; moreover, the petitioner ought to approach before the concerned authorities

Considering the submissions advanced, this Court finds no merit in the challenge led by the petitioner, hence the present writ petition does not require any interference; however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach before the Block Welfare Officer, Harasiddhi, East Champaran along with the explanation, who shall consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass necessary order, if the same has not been done till date.

5. The writ petition stands closed with the liberty aforesaid.
