The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner tried to get appointment as 'Panchayat' teacher on the basis of fake claim that she has qualified the Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (B.E.T.E.T.).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was actually not appointed and she is an unmarried girl. Considering the fact that petitioner was not actually appointed and she is an unmarried girl, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten
