JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 The short controversy in the present case is that by an order dated 25.07.2009 though the petitioner has been granted promotion on the post of Draftman Grade-II with effect from 20.4.1983 but he has not been granted promotion on the post of Draftman Grade-I with effect from the date his juniors have been granted promotion.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondents are directed to grant promotion to the petitioner on the post of Draftman GradeI with effect from the date his juniors have been granted promotion on the said post. It is further clarified that the respondents have not controverted the aforesaid position by filing

Patna High Court CWJC No.20792 of 2010 (3) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 any counter affidavit.

It is expected that the respondents will carry out the aforesaid direction of this Court within a period of six weeks from today in case there is no other impediment.
