2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021 registered under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 325 and 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner has been declared absconder and process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court.
