It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in L.P.A. No. 99 of 2012 dated 22.02.2012, C.W.J.C. No. 3035 of 2009 dated 29.07.2011 and L.P.A. No. 92 of 2015 dated 18.08.2017.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6129 of 2014 (2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make a representation enclosing the aforesaid orders passed by this Court in different cases before the respondent no. 5, the District Programme Officer, Establishment (Education), Siwan, who shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law within three months from the date of filing of such representation taking into account the aforesaid different orders passed by this Court.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
