====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 487 of 2019 for the offences under Section 304B IPC. Considering the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected.

However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure examination of all the prosecution witnesses at the earliest so that the trial may be concluded within the time frame
