====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 (S.T. No. 369 of 2017) registered for offences under sections 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dispute arose on account of settling the marriage with the son of one Chhedi Nadaf. On the fateful day, Chhedi Nadaf was assaulting the son of the Informant. The Informant protested. When the Informant and his family members were returning, Chhedi Nadaf and other accused persons were waiting for them. Chhedi Nadaf proceeded to catch the husband of the Informant and other accused persons

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18999 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 surrounded him. Specific allegation has been made against Chhedi Nadaf to have caused injury by a blunt portion of spade on his head who later on died. The petitioner is a lady. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Sahina Khatoon @ Manturi Khatoon, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-II, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 (S.T. No. 369 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
