JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2024 This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17632 of 2024 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sarmra PS Case No. 240 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 17632 of 2024 as well as in vakalatnama inadvertently father's name of the petitioner no.2 has been typed as 'Vijay Shankar Singh @ Vijay Singh' in place of "late Surendra Singh @ Sulo Singh" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17632 of 2024 by which the petitioners have been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34203 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/3 anticipatory bail as a result of which the petitioner no.2 could not surrender before the Court below. Learned counsel seeks permission to make necessary correction in cause title as well as in the vakalatnama of Cr. Misc. No. 17632 of 2024 with regard to parentage of the petitioner no.2.

3. Heard and perused the record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title as well as in the vakalatnama of Cr. Misc. No. 17632 of 2024 with regard to parentage of the petitioner no.2. Let the same be done in course of the day.

5. Accordingly, in the cause title of the order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17632 of 2024, father's name of the petitioner no.2, Shankar Singh @ Chhote Singh, be read as "Late Surendra Singh @ Sulo Singh" in place of 'Vijay Shankar Singh @ Vijay Singh".

6. Further, four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioner no.2 to surrender before the Court below in terms of the order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17632 of 2024.

7. The order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34203 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 3/3 No.17632 of 2024 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
