It has been submitted on behalf of the appellants that earlier bail application of the appellants was rejected by the court below vide order dated 20-06-2020 and, against that order, the present appeal has been filed. It has further been submitted that during pendency of the present appeal, the second bail application was filed in the court below and the appellants were

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1515 of 2020(2) dt.01-10-2020 2/2 granted bail by the court below itself. Hence, the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal as the same has now become infructuous.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present appeal filed against the order dated 20-06-2020 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Munger in Muffasil (Munger) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.
