This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 registered under Sections 188 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

In view of recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It is accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
