Case No.438 of 2017 registered under Sections 418, 419, and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner showing his involvement in getting the overloaded trucks cross the check-post, except disclosure of name of the petitioner by apprehended co-accused, moreover the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
