JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Bairiya P.S.Case No. 372 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the F.I.R that Manoj Singh and Rita Singh at the instance of providing job in Child Security Plan taken huge amount to the people. Petitioner was Managing Director of Child Security Plan. He only arrange security money and gave it to the accused persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concerned with the said institution. It is submitted that main

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S.Case No. 372 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
