The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, which is evident from seizure list. Moreover, the name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the confession of the co-accused. Hence, the petitioner may be
