ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 In the present case, in paragraph 2 of the order dated 16.08.2017, it has been inadvertently recorded that the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Motihari Town P.S. Case No.775 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the I.P.C. However, the same is patently wrong as in paragraph 1 of the bail application, it has been clearly stated that the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Kishanganj P.S. Case No.565 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 370, 372, 373, 120B of the I.P.C. read with Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. The said paragraph may now be read as the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.565 of 2016. The mistake in paragraph 2 is accordingly corrected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35765 of 2017(3) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 Let the order dated 16.08.2017 be read as such. Further, the time fixed for surrender is extended by a further period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
