The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 353,307,323,337,325,224 and 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being S.H.O. of Magadh Medical Police station apprehended one Suresh Singh in connection with G.R. No. 89 of 1998/ Tr. No. 620 of 2007 when the petitioner no. 1 and others made assault to the police personnels causing injury to constable Chandradeo Paswan as a result Suresh Singh escaped from the police custody. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54522 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. The petitioners are ladies. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with M.M. (Magadh Medical) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM IV, Gaya.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
