For issuance of an appropriate writ directing/commanding the respondents to comply the order dated 02.03.2021, passed by the learned Sub- Judge-I, Sitamarhi, in Title Suit No. 57/21, whereby a direction has been given for maintaining status quo upon the suit land to both the parties i.e. the plaintiff (petitioner) and the defendant (Respondent No. 7)."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
