2. Petitioner apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 , 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case , informant namely Arun Kumar sinha alleged that the co-accused Ramdeo Prasad sold the ancestral land of the informant area about 11 Katha to other co-accused persons in pursuance to conspiracy with intention to grab his property .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Petitioner is only identifier to the executed sale deed. Specific accusation is against co-accused Ramdeo Prasad Ambastha who

When purchasers of the land came to know about the sale deed with false plot no- 1091, 1099, they requested the seller who is close relative of the informant either to return his consideration amount or correct plot number. The seller Ramdev Prasad Ambasth returned the consideration amount to co-accused Punam devi and Bharat Prasad and both of them wrote him regarding returning of the land. So far as, this petitioners is concerned, no case under Section 420, 407 and 468 of IPC is made out against him. Moreover, the dispute involved in this case is purely of civil nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 51239 of 2023 .

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Begusarai in
