The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Main P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the victim girl in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. before the Court below specifically stated that she has love affairs with one Abhimanyu and lived with him about one and half months. She did not speak anything against this petitioner.
