The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 403 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is involved in the day light robbery and the petitioner has criminal antecedents also. In view of the facts, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
